Our Common Compassion Initiative for May 2023 ♥️
Water can work wonders! Just by refilling your reusable bottle at our Water Stations and sharing 20 baht (or more!) via our QR code or gifting box, you’ll lend a helping hand to vulnerable community members through our Common Compassion initiative.
This month, your contributions helped 70-year-old Thongpliu from the Wattana district. He suffers from high blood pressure and narrowed blood vessels in the brain. Since he relies upon minimal health insurance coverage, his condition has deteriorated to being bedridden. Khun Thongpliu receives a meager government elderly allowance, which does not cover his family’s basic living needs. With your support, we could provide essential livelihood items such as food, cleaning supplies, and financial relief. Khun Thongpliu and his family greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness. Thank you for assisting senior community members.

น้ำให้ประโยชน์กว่าที่คิด! เพียงนำขวดน้ำกลับมาเติมที่ Water Station ของเราแล้วบริจาคเงิน 20 บาท. (หรือมากกว่านั้น!) ผ่าน QR code หรือ กล่องรับเงิน เพียงเท่านี้ทุกคนจะได้ร่วมช่วยเหลือเหล่าสมาชิกในชุมชนที่ประสบปัญหาผ่านโครงการ Common Compassion ของเรา
เดือนนี้เราได้นำน้ำใจของทุกคนไปช่วยคุณลุงทองปลิว วัย 70 ปี จากเขตวัฒนา คุณลุงมีปัญหาความดันสูง และเส้นเลือดในสมองตีบ ปัจจุบันคุณลุงอยู่ด้วยเงินชดเชยอันน้อยนิดจากประกันสุขภาพ ทำให้สภาพร่างกายถดถอยจนปัจจุบันอยู่ในภาวะติดเตียง คุณลุงทองปลิวได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุจากรัฐบาล แต่เงินจำนวนนี้ไม่เพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่ายปัจจัยพื้นฐาน น้ำใจจากทุกคนได้นำไปช่วยสนับสนุนค่าอาหาร ค่าข้าวของเครื่องใช้ที่จำเป็นและเป็นเงินสมทบทุน คุณลุงทองปลิวและครอบครัวขอบคุณน้ำใจของทุกๆ คนที่มีส่วนร่วมสนับสนุน และช่วยเหลือสมาชิกผู้สูงอายุในสังคม
