Social Media Administrator (Kinnest Group) (1 Position)
We are seeking a savvy, dynamic individual who is excited about connecting our wholesome community with our social media channels. You will be collaborating with our marketing team, working with interesting entrepreneurs, and helping our community grow through online communications and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, build, and schedule content for theCOMMONS’ Thonglor, theCOMMONS Saladaeng, and Little Pea’s online platforms
- Work closely with our marketing and communication teams about content development, topics, and interesting opportunities
- Coordinate with our English content writer to create and develop Thai content that aligns with our brand and attracts today’s audiences.
- Support social media campaigns from marketing, recruitment, and other teams.
- Develop and post interactive content that encourages participation with real-time content
- Analyze digital marketing plans and social media strategies, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Research and recommend trends, social channels, and influencers that are relevant to our brands
- Responsond to our customers’ inquiries on our social media chats. Provide accurate information in our brands’ tone of voice
- Create a monthly social media report that enables our team to discuss & develop marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- A passion for meeting people and collaboration
- Strong communication skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- A growth mindset and positive attitude. Also, responsible, dedicated, resourceful, and able to persevere when faced with obstacles
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Both Thai & English)
- Passionate about social media trends, marketing, and eating!

Key Responsibilities:
- ประสานงาน รวบรวมและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลบนโลกออนไลน์ให้กับช่องทางต่างๆ ของ theCOMMONS ทองหล่อ, ศาลาแดง, และ Little Pea
- ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีม Communication เพื่อร่วมสร้างสรรค์ content หัวข้อต่างๆ ที่น่าสนใจสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- ทำงานร่วมกับ Content Writer ภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อนำเนื้อหามาปรับเปลี่ยนให้เป็นภาษาไทยที่เหมาะสมกับแบรนด์ และเข้าถึงง่ายสำหรับลูกค้าคนไทย
- สร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาที่ส่งสาร engagement บนโลกออนไลน์ผ่านการแชร์เรื่องราวแบบ real-time
- วิเคราะห์และวางแผน digital marketing และ social media เพื่อเข้าใจจุดที่ควรพัฒนาในอนาคต
- หาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมและแนะนำเทรนด์ ช่องทาง social ใหม่ๆ รวมไปถึง influencers ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแบรนด์
- ตอบคำถามและให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแก่ลูกค้าที่ติดต่อผ่าน social media
- จัดทำ Report รายเดือน เพื่อนำมาวางแผนและพัฒนาช่องทางต่อๆ ไป
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรีจากสาขาใดก็ได้
- ชอบพบปะพูดคุย และร่วมงานกับคนที่หลากหลาย
- สามารถสื่อสารผ่านการเขียนและพูดได้ผ่านภาษาไทย และอังกฤษ
- ทำงานเป็นระเบียบ และให้ความสำคัญกับรายละเอียด
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีความสนใจและชอบอัพเดทเทรนด์ใหม่ๆ ในด้าน social media, marketing และอาหาร!
