Welcome to All Kinds by theCOMMONS! We are a creative retail collective that nurtures local brands who support good causes. Our goal is to share all kinds of products with our community… and spread kindness, too! We are now accepting applications to join All Kinds, which launches in April 2022 at theCOMMONS Thonglor.

What is All Kinds by theCOMMONS?   

All Kinds is an immersive retail experience, located at theCOMMONS Thonglor. You can expect a fresh approach to shopping that shares the stories AND good deeds behind each brand. This interactive shopping adventure invites customers to learn about products and services while also gaining awareness on important issues.  

How does All Kinds support brands? 

In addition to offering a storefront, All Kinds also offers an incubator program. We help small, local business or individual entrepreneurs flourish by providing them with retail space, a mentorship program, and marketing support. Let’s grow together! 

Where is All Kinds located?  

In April 2022, you can find us at at theCOMMONS Thonglor (Village Fl. 1). 

What kinds of brands are you seeking?   

• Small, local brands. Products or services that encourage a wholesome, enriching lifestyle
• Brands with products or services that support a good cause (i.e. social, environmental, humanitarian, well-being, etc.)

How will we select brands to join All Kinds?   

If you meet our guidelines, then you’re off to a great start! After that, we’ll carefully review each brand to see who is a good fit for All Kinds’ collective. 

What are the perks of joining All Kinds? 

• Enjoy free retail space at theCOMMONS Thonglor
• Access All Kinds’ mentorship program led by the founder of Kinnest Group, the umbrella company for theCOMMONS, Roots, Roast, Ocken, Little Pea, and many more!
• Gain marketing & promotional support from theCOMMONS Thonglor

As part of All Kinds, what will each brand be responsible for providing?  

• Each brand will only be charged a small percentage of their sales (10%) to cover administrative costs.
• Brands will be required to provide their own salesperson on weekends and public holidays. (This helps your brand share key messages with customers and connect with the community.)
• Brands will also be required to create their own retail space in terms of decoration and merchandise.

How long will each brand be part of All Kinds’ program?  

The selected brands will join All Kinds for four months. We will rotate every quarter to share different products and services with our community.

All Kinds ก่อตั้งขึ้นมาจากความตั้งใจที่จะส่งต่อสิ่งดีดีให้กับคอมมูนิตี้ ผ่านการสร้างสรรค์พื้นที่ที่รวบรวมสินค้าและผลงานจากแบรนด์ local ต่างๆ ที่มีเจตนาดีต่อสังคม ตอนนี้เรากำลังเปิดรับสมัครร้านค้าที่สนใจมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพื้นที่รีเทลนี้ที่จะเริ่มเปิดทำการในช่วงเดือนมี.ค. 2565 ที่ theCOMMONS ทองหล่อ

All Kinds by theCOMMONS คืออะไร? 

All Kinds เป็นพื้นที่ที่จะสร้างประสบการณ์การเลือกซื้อสินค้าแบบใหม่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณชั้น 1 theCOMMONS ทองหล่อ ที่มีการจัดวางสินค้าในรูปแบบที่ลูกค้าและผู้เข้าชมจะได้รู้จักแบรนด์ สินค้าต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องราวเบื้องหลังแต่ละแบรนด์ที่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดสิ่งดีดีกับชุมชนและสังคมในเวลาเดียวกัน   

All Kinds สนับสนุนแบรนด์ที่เข้าร่วมอย่างไรบ้าง? 

All Kinds มีความตั้งใจที่จะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการผลักดันให้แบรนด์และผู้ประกอบการเติบโต และได้ connect กับลูกค้ามากขึ้น และพร้อมให้การสนับสนุนในหลายๆ ด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพื้นที่ในการขายสินค้า การสนับสนุนด้านการตลาด และ mentorship program  

All Kinds จะจัดตั้งที่ไหน? 

All Kinds จะเริ่มเปิดให้บริการในช่วงเดือนมีนาคม 2565 ที่ เดอะคอมมอนส์ ทองหล่อ (Village Fl. ชั้น 1) 

แบรนด์แบบไหนที่เรากำลังตามหา? 

• แบรนด์ local ที่กำลังเติบโต
• มีสินค้าและบริการที่ส่งเสริมการใช้ชีวิตแบบ wholesome
• แบรนด์ที่มีความตั้งใจในการสร้างสรรค์สิ่งดีดีกลับสู่สังคม (เช่น การแก้ปัญหาสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และคุณภาพการใช้ชีวิต)

เรามีวิธีในการคัดเลือกแบรนด์อย่างไร? 

หากแบรนด์ของคุณตรงตามคุณสมบัติข้างต้นก็สามารถส่งใบสมัครเข้ามาได้เลย! หลังจากนั้นเราจะทำการพิจารณาแต่ละแบรนด์อย่างถี่ถ้วนและคัดเลือกแบรนด์ที่เหมาะกับ All Kinds 

สิ่งที่แบรนด์จะได้รับจาก All Kinds? 

• พื้นที่สำหรับขายสินค้าภายใน theCOMMONS ทองหล่อ
• การดูแลและคำปรึกษาผ่าน mentorship program นำโดยผู้ก่อตั้ง Kinnest Group บริษัทหลักของแบรนด์ theCOMMONS, Roots, Roast, Ocken, Little Pea และอีกมากมาย
• การสนับสนุนทางด้านการตลาดผ่านช่องทางและสื่อต่างๆ ของ theCOMMONs

แบรนด์ต้องเตรียมตัวอย่างไรในการเข้าร่วม All Kinds? 

• ค่าดูแลพื้นที่เล็กน้อย (10% จากยอดการขาย)
• พนักงานจากทางแบรนด์ในช่วงวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ (เพื่อให้แบรนด์และลูกค้าได้มีโอกาสรู้จักกันมากขึ้น)
• การตกแต่งพื้นที่และจัดวางสินค้า

ระยะเวลาในการเข้าร่วม All Kinds 

4 เดือน โดยทาง All Kinds จะทำการหมุนเวียนสินค้าทุกๆไตรมาส เพื่อที่จะให้ลูกค้าในคอมมูนิตี้ได้รู้จักกับแบรนด์และเรื่องราวดีดีจากแต่ละแบรนด์ได้มากขึ้น
