Common Compassion February

A huge thank you to everyone for taking part in our Common Compassion initiative where we donate the money collected from our drinking water stations to help community members in need. With  your contribution, we were able to help Khun Sin Meesorn, a 63-year-old lady who lives alone in poor conditions and suffers from Osteoarthritis and cataracts, which makes it difficult for her to work. Khun Sin makes a living selling food at a local market and her food cart broke making it hard for her to make ends meet. The money received from your donations was given to Khun Sin to fix her cart so that she can continue earning an income.Your contributions also delivered financial assistance to the Australian bushfire relief efforts. Our hearts went out to our friends in Australia as they battled the catastrophic bushfires that destroyed nearly 11-million hectares of land and affected so many lives. While our Common Compassion initiative focuses upon helping individuals and families within our local community, we felt that in this time of crisis, our community efforts should extend further afield to offer support where it is most needed. The money collected was donated to emergency relief efforts through The Australian Red Cross.Thank you for helping us spread kindness through the community. If you know someone else in our community who could use our help, please email us at [email protected] can find our drinking water stations on the Market FL. and the Top Yard (Fl. 3)
