Boon Tong Kee

Boon Tong Kee has been one of Singapore’s most celebrated restaurants for over 40 years and has finally made its way to Saladaeng. Though known mostly for its Michelin-starred chicken rice, the shop’s menu also features Singaporean staples like braised duck and crisp vegetables and chili.

Nothing warms the belly like Hanji’s authentic Taiwanese hot pot. Dip their premium meats and veggies into bubbling broths like Mongolian Herbal, Spicy Mala, or Sesame Beer. A curated selection of side dishes and sauces completes this nourishing meal.

The Japanese Highball Bar 1923

The folks behind Suntory whisky are sharing Japan’s highball culture through well-crafted drinks and dishes. The main attractions are authentic Japanese highballs, sharing “Punch Bowl Cocktails,” and a food menu developed by Chef Shinji Hara who specializes in omakase dining. (Psst... It’s worth noting the drink menu was designed by Singapore-based Bar Director & Co-Owner of the popular Jigger & Pony Group, Aki Eguchi.) Highballs and handroll sushi are a great combo!
