Ingredients:
• Pico de Gallo Salsa: 200g portion
• “Leche de Tigre” Ceviche Marinade: olive oil, spices, fresh lime juice
• Fresh White Fish: Mariana uses wild white snapper
Steps:
1. Slice the Fish: Cut into nicely sized cubes that keeps the fish slightly raw.
2. “Leche de Tigre” Marinade: Add 3 spoonfuls of marinade onto the fish.
3. Mix the fish and marinade together for 3-minutes until it changes color.
4. Pico de Gallo Salsa: Add 3 big spoonfuls of salsa. Mix well.
5. Chill for about 10-minutes.
6. Enjoy your ceviche!
